Breaking out the weights again today and looking to push the abs a bit more. I’ve not been real excited about my ab strength progression so I will be pushing harder from here on out. Let’s workout!

Warm up 50 Jumping Jacks

Set 1
12 Decline Db Flys
20 Standing Bb Calf Raises
12 Front Db Raises
35 Sitting Knee Benders
40 Leg Lifts from 6º to 9º

Set 2
10 Decline Db Flys
20 Standing Bb Calf Raises
10 Front Db Raises
35 Sitting Knee Benders
40 Leg Lifts from 6º to 9º

Set 3
8 Decline Db Flys
20 Standing Bb Calf Raises
8 Front Db Raises
35 Sitting Knee Benders
40 Leg Lifts from 6º to 9º

Cool down with 50 Jumping Jacks
